Manual Therapy

Using a combination of Sports Massage, Mobilisations and other treatment modalities to help assess, diagnose and manage all sorts of Musculoskeletal injuries throughout the body.

Treatment is tailored for each individual client. This will include several techniques, whether that be superficial or deep tissue massage, stretching techniques as well as techniques such as dry needling, cupping, and mobilisations. These will be used in conjunction with each other to bring about pain relief, increase range of motion/flexibility and ease conditions such as back pain, muscle strain injuries etc.

The overall aim of manual therapy treatment and rehabilitation is to assist the body’s own healing process and to continue focusing on key predisposing aspects of the Patients condition to reduce recurrence of injuries and or disfunction.
