Hire of Rooms
We have a few different consultation / treatment rooms which are available to rent along with a rehab studio.
These can be rented in a few different ways. Either Ad Hoc or a regular room rentals. For our prices please email the clinic.
The rooms are available to rent between 8:30 – 13:30 and 14:00 – 19:00
All room renters must have supplied us with a copy of their current professional indemnity insurance policy, along with copies of their professional certificates, before being allowed to rent our rooms.
Consultation / Treatment Rooms
Ad Hoc
Ad hoc = Phone/email and see if the room is available. For ad hoc use the room is charged by the hour.
Regular Room Rental. Basic Package, Per Half Day
The basic package includes:
- Room rent,
- Professional cleaning,
- Internet,
- Information about what you do included in our website,
- Couch rolls,
- Bins emptied and commercial waste collection,
- Music licence,
- Lighting, heating and water,
- Business rates,
- Teas, coffees and biscuits,
- Manned reception area from 8:30 – 19:30 Monday-Friday and 8:30 – 14:00 Saturdays,
- It doesn’t include the reception services of taking of money, booking appointments, form filling.
Regular Room Rental, Basic Plus Package, Per Half Day
This package includes the basic package plus minimal reception services. These includes:
- Getting patients/clients to fill out forms if required and helping them if necessary,
- Photocopying
- Looking after money if patients / clients forget to pay you on the day and you ask them to drop it in to reception at a later date, which we then keep locked away until you can pick it
up.
PLEASE NOTE: – Regular room rental means having the room the same half day every week. This includes when you’re away and not using the room.
Rehabilitation Studio
Ad hoc use only. Phone/email and see if the rehab studio is available. The room is charged by the hour.
The rehab studio is ideal for small classes of 2-3 people, that want/need a more supportive and supervised environment.
This includes:
- Room rent,
