Osteopath

Luke Savage

Luke is the principle Osteopath at Worthing Osteopathic & Wellbeing Clinic. He qualified in 2003 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO).

Luke specialises in treating lower back pain and trapped nerves. He uses a wide range or techniques but is more structural based. Luke also has a particular interest in treating people with ME and uses a technique called The Perrin Technique.

Luke Started his professional career working at Seaford Osteopathic Clinic. Along side this, he also spent the first 6 years after qualifying working as as an assistant teacher at the European School of Osteopathy to help teach the undergraduate osteopaths.

Along side his duties as principle osteopathy he also manages the rest of the wellbeing clinic. It is a large multidisciplinary clinic, which is the home to many therapists/practitioners.

Rosie Thompson

Rosie graduated with a Masters’ degree from the European School of Osteopathy after 4 years of full time study. She treats all ages, using a structural or functional approach with an emphasis on easy home exercises or techniques, where applicable, to help you get the most from your treatment. In her spare time Rosie rides horses and reads, she starts a PG Certificate in animal osteopathy with the Osteopathic Centre for Animals this September 2020.

Oceane

Océane graduated in 2020 with a Master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy. After four intense years of full-time study including 2 years of internship, Océane has developed great practical skills and knowledge, which makes her the perfect candidate to join our set of skilled practitioners. After an intense training within our clinic, Océane is eager to put her skills into practice in order to bring back health.

Helping patients is Océane priority, she believes that a holistic approach will give the best results, therefore, nutrition, exercises and stress managements are part of her interests.

Isaac Parsons

Isaac, recently graduated from the University of St Mark and St John with a Masters in Osteopathy.
He has a strong interest in a number of sports, particularly baseball, athletics, and hybrid training.
He takes a structural approach to treatment, implementing different techniques in order to achieve the best results.
Intrigued by nutrition and hybrid training, he believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. Isaac’s goal is to provide you with personalised care that encompasses not only his professional proficiency but also his genuine interest in your overall wellness journey.

Ernesto

Ernesto is a highly experienced osteopath who has joined the Worthing team. He holds an honours Bachelor of Osteopathy (BOst Hons), a professional Doctorate in Osteopathy, and an MSc in Orthopaedics from UCL.

He specialises in treating musculoskeletal pain, postural dysfunction, sports injuries, and postsurgical recovery, bringing a holistic and evidencebased approach to each patient’s care. Ernesto applies a versatile range of techniques—such as soft tissue work, articulation, mobilisation, manipulation, stretching, and exercise prescription—tailored to the needs and preferences of his patients.

Before qualifying, Ernesto served in the UK Special Forces and also performed with the National Ballet, experiences which contribute to his disciplined, precise, and empathetic clinical style. Since registration with the General Osteopathic Council in 2018, he has helped many clients recover better movement, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life.

Ernesto is committed to empowering patients through education, postural correction, and bespoke rehabilitation exercises. His focus on longterm outcomes aligns with the clinic’s philosophy of treating root causes—not just symptoms—to restore genuine wellbeing.

Paul Kesrouany

Paul has been a practicing therapist since 2001, and had a clinic in the Middle East for 11 years, treating patients with varying conditions and gained his degree in Osteopathy in 2022 .

Paul has also been a Fitness Professional, coaching clients internationally for the past 26 years and owned a fitness center in Lebanon for 3 years. Since 1991, Paul has been studying Martial Arts and has gained the rank of 4th Dan in Aikido and teaches once a week in his spare time.

In his treatments, Paul focuses on providing the right treatment for the right person for the right reason and continues to provide rehabilitative assistance whenever and wherever possible.

We have changed premises to the Worthing Osteopathic & Wellbeing Clinic, in order to allow us to expand our services to include podiatry, acupuncture, sports massage, holistic therapies, counselling, psychotherapy, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, beauty therapy, pilates and yoga.
